In our Traditional Arts Class, children are introduced to crafting methods from around the world, including weaving, basketry, paper making, bookbinding, fabric dyeing, jewelry making, and so much more! During these exciting hands-on and skill-building classes, we’ll also identify medicinal and edible plants in the park and learn about practical survival skills.
Dates: Thursdays, April 3rd – June 12th, 2025. No class on April 17th (DOE Spring Break) and June 5th (Eid Al Adha).
Pricing: $550 for the season, or families may join at any time during the season for an adjusted price. Reach out to sparkartsbk@gmail.com for more info about pricing.
Time: 3:30-5:30pm
Location: Drop off and pick up at 9th street entrance at Prospect Park
